Whatever is most convenient - you can sign up in store or sign up online by clicking the 'Join Now' button on the Smart Card website homepage. Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my password and want to log in to the Smart Card members area? Email smartcard@sportsmart.com.au and you will receive a new password as soon as possible. Q. How do I update my details or sporting preferences to ensure I get the most personalised member experience? Log in to the Smart Card website and click on the update links in your control panel. This will take you to the 'Your Profile' and 'Sports Snapshot' pages where you can update your details. Q. How do I sign my children up to the Sports Star Kids program? Click on the 'Sports Star Kids' link in your control panel when signed in to the Smart Card website. Visit the Sports Star Kids page to find out more!
